Learn How to MaKe Silver Jewelry!!

I will be teaching full day workshops in Hillsborough, NC one Saturday a month throughout Sept.  More workshops will follow at which time I will update this website.

Basic PMC - for beginners and advanced students.  Beginning students will learn how to use the tools and techniques necessary to make at least one pendant and a pair of earrings, as well as set stones which can be fired in place.  Experienced students are welcome to attend the class for personal assistance with designs which require more advanced techniques.  The classes will have no more than 4 students, allowing a good deal of individual and personalized instruction.

Ring Making with PMC  - this class is for experienced students only.  You will learn how to size rings, allowing for the shrinkage rate of PMC, make smooth seams, and set stones which can be fired in place, as well as make bezels for stones which cannot be fired. 

The next ring making class is scheduled for Sept 20, from 9:30am to 4pm.

Cost for all workshops- $70.  The does not include the materials fee.  Every student will receive a 25gm packet of PMC.  As silver prices have been fluctuating significantly on a day to day basis,  I won't know the exact price until the class is held.  Currently a 25gm packet costs about $40.  All of the tools you need will be provided for use during the workshop with an option to purchase should you get hooked - which is hard to avoid!
